   * Put the whole stack down dividing the line of the knees in two; then you can actually perform the little 建水 dance!

   * With the 更好棚, remember that it is a bit of an exception. Normally, the 柄杓 lives //above// the 棗 (representing the Great Dipper in the sky), but with this 棚, it's the other way around. Maybe because 玄々斎 invented it by removing a shelf from 利休's 三重棚? Anyway, 棗 is in the middle shelf, then raised after 濃茶, then 柄杓 and 蓋置 are on the middle shelf. Finally, 茶碗 and 棗 come to stand on the top shelf.
   * To let the guest know that the 水指 will not be replenished, the host leaves her 帛紗 on top of its lid. The flamboyant 帛紗 folding styles (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cViEhW4UCyI, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0cMPPtTnDE) at the end are not what the teachers learn in Kyōto, but are acceptable at home.
