====濃茶====
   * setup is normal, akin to 風呂. For 濃茶, that means putting the 茶碗 down with the left hand, moving the 茶入, and replacing the 茶碗.
   * Turn しふく towards the fire, and place out of sight behind cold water container.
   * As always: first guest takes first sip, then close everything. Conversation starts after second guests first sip, *then* the water is replenished, and the 釜 and 水指 stay open.
   * It's not clear how much turning there is done for 拝見, it looks like there's only one turn to 45°.
