   * Name of a fox who changed shape to convince a fox trapper to stop it. Painting by Eiraku Hozen, a famous, flamboyant potter; his painting style is quite in contrast (from [[https://www.metmuseum.org/art/collection/search/45229|Met Museum]]). The poem reads:

//Beware of those who have renounced the world\\
although they wear the robes of priests\\
at heart they are foxes still.//
