Prepare 雲平 dough, colouring half green. I used some pandan powder for that, and I thought it added a nice colour and taste. Next time I could add coconut to the white layer!

Roll them out between two clad wraps, then layer and roll out to about 5 mm thickness. Cut into 5 mm strips, then form the character 8 and wrap excess around the middle.
