• Arrive: Come in with the tray, then 建水 just next to shoulder. Shift by one knee's width towards the guests with the tray, box to the left, lid to the middle. Clean tray, 帛紗 at 9 o'clock, 古帛紗, 茶杓 (reholding, KM26) then 振出し, bow.
• Unpack: 茶碗 stack with two hands (officially, you put the 長尾 over the 茶碗 for turning, but KM26 thinks it's also acceptable to keep it in the R hand; folded side of the 仕覆 towards the guest), 棗 at 12 o'clock, 茶杓, 茶筅, 茶巾 (ears point over the rim, so I'd get the 茶巾 with your finger farther away from them. Officially, however, you're holding it near the ears), lid on box (古帛紗 stays on it), box to the back, 建水, breathe and put clothes in order.

➡️ Even though you turn slightly towards the guest, the 建水 stays in 風炉 mode (unlike 略盆)!

• Purify: 棗, put down at 1030, 茶杓, 鉄瓶 lid (if it doesn't have a hole), water, fold 茶巾. 茶筅通し
• Tea! (On 古帛紗 with R).
• Rinse: 古帛紗 next to R knee. Rinse.

• おしまい (and also ask for 拝見). 振出し stays with the guest, 古帛紗 remains where it is.
• Cleaning: 茶筅通し, 茶碗, put 茶筅 in; then put the 古帛紗 on the tray.
• 拝見: 建水 moves back, box comes forward (all this from the position facing towards the guests!), get the lid and shift even a bit more towards the guests. 棗, 茶杓 (first fold 帛紗, then pick up 茶杓) both onto the lid, turn lid (in the air) and sort. Shift to 正面, get the box, turn it on the ground, and sort that.
• Leave the room: Put 茶碗 in the middle of the tray with R (only one hand), then shove in 帛紗 and 古帛紗 in! Move tray, shifting, to where the box was, then leave with 建水.
• 拝見: The first guest makes a set with the 振出し, which is to the R most. However, it is not inspected. For 棗 and 茶杓, only open 帛紗 half, place them on it, watch the lid. Place 帛紗 next to you, knowing you'll need it for the box. Then it's (from top R to bottom L): 茶筅筒・茶巾筒・仕覆. When the last guest returns the 道具 to the main guest, make a set with the 振出し, then bring it all back.
• Packing: Get lid (to 正面 turning 45°), get box (from there, shift to 正面, it lives where the 建水 lived), and get the 振出し from where you are. Pack 茶筅 and 茶巾 (first the item, then the 筒); 茶杓, then 棗. Once packed, put it in the back of the lid, get 茶碗, put 棗 in it and wrap it all. Here it's nice if you take it up like a 天目茶碗 (KM26). Put it in the box with two hands, then the 振出し・茶杓・古帛紗. Close the lid of the 鉄瓶, re-fold 帛紗 and put it in the box. Lid, box, tray and leave.

💪 When leaving, it's a bit awkward because you put the tray in the middle, and then directly from there pick it up to leave (touch and go). I'm not a big fan of that (even though KM26 thinks it's still preferable), so I'd just leave directly.

• おしまい: (Guests doesn't want 拝見.) 振出し returns, 古帛紗 onto lid and get the 振出し
• Cleaning: 通し, wipe 茶碗, but put 茶筅 and 茶巾 on the tray again. ⚠️ Cleaning 茶杓 somewhat different: first fold 帛紗, clean 茶杓, don't move 建水. ポムポム. Put on the tray, then move 建水 etc.
• Packing: 建水 moves, box moves, lid opens. From here on, it's pretty much the same as above: 茶筅, 茶巾, 茶杓 onto 古帛紗 (with R), 棗, 茶碗. Stack into box, 振出し (with R), 茶杓 (R), 古帛紗; open 鉄瓶, さばき, lid on box, box on tray, tray into middle facing 0°.
• Ciao miao: Don't turn, just leave with 建水 from 0°, then get tray.

The 道具 used here are festive and relate to the happiness of spring; so a shiny 鉄瓶, a lacquered 茶箱, a happy 茶碗.

• I want some 裏蒔絵 on my lid
• I find inspecting the 3 仕覆 a bit boring, so I'd rather have a 仕覆 that matches the 古帛紗 for the 茶杓, a netting for the 薄茶器 and an 大津袋 for the 茶碗.
• A 筒 set made from 梅 and 松 would be quite nice (which the 茶筅 then completes)
