it is quite special, because the 柄杓 here is *under* the 棗. However, the 柄杓 represents the Big Dipper, and as such, is normally highest.

Other 棚, such as the 荒磯棚, place the 柄杓 on top

Also, you could assemble this 棚 in the wrong way and use it like a 桑小卓 😆
