• This one is slighly more complex: Make a slightly smaller inside using about 13 gr of 中餡 and 13 gr of orange coloured wrapping. Shape it using the 三角, and make a natural-looking indenation using a 茶巾. Also make slight horizontal lines to make it look like tangerine wedges.
• Toss in potato starch, brush off excess (not not excessively).
• Using some 13 gr of orange あん, make a large disc. It should comfortably wrap around half of the inside we just made. Add some white あん onto it, dust middle also with potato start and pierce a whole in its middle.
• Wrap it gently around the inside. You don't need to apply proper wrapping, just tuck the skin onto the lower part of the inside.
• Make the skin look like an orange by using a bunch of toothpicks.
• Add a leaf and peel gently.
