Baozhong: rolled to strips, rather than balls. It's more direct, balls are a bit better for aging.
Dan Cong: single bush, popular production method for teas from Guangdong mountains such as Fenghuang shan or Wudong shan. Because they are single tree, they get labels describing the taste, which somewhat correlate with the name of the cultivar; most of which are sub-varieties of Shuixian

Gaoshan / high mountain: These teas tend to be inspiring, heady
Spring | autumn: Spring harvest in oolong tends to give better taste and less fragrance, since it is too moist. Autumn harvest gives good fragrance, but less taste, because the tea plant might be tired.
