ホモテナシ

  • 60 gr flour
  • 40 gr almond powder
  • 25 gr きなこ
  • 35 gr sugar
  • 1 gr baking soda
  • 40-50 ml plain oil

➡️ Mix, cover in plastic wrap, rest for 30' in fridge, form balls and put in the oven at 160°C for 20'. Dust with a 1:1 mixture of きなこ and powdered sugar. ➡️ I had used sesame and walnut oil, and it was fine; but it's very dry ➡️ I learned this from けいこ (XI 23), who also suggested adding poppy or cinnamon.
