First 花 will clean 棗 and put it in 火窓, second one will switch positions (茶杓 on 水指, 茶入 on 棚, 棗 in position). Third one also has to do something, I think, but I forgot what it is. There's 拝見 of 茶入 etc., so no それい with the 水次.
