• In the 待合, it's 月花一二三.
• The 折据え takes precedence over drinking of the tea. Because of this, we think it's nice to leave the 札(ふだ) to your middle once you get your tea, and put it down to your left if you need to do work. The books, however, show it the other way around.

• When host leaves with 茶碗, the 折据え is returned to them.

• Officially only done with 卯の花. 瓶掛け and 鉄瓶.

• First 月 has no 帛紗 because that's in the 茶箱. Likewise, the rest of the group doesn't take out theirs. So after the first greeting with the “host”, you move into the 4.5 mat area; the host will bring the 折据え(おりすえ).
• Once the host sits in the waiting position, they will say 「どうぞ、折据えをおまわしを」. This is only in 何々付き花月, in 平花月 the host doesn't say this.
• First 花 will set up the 茶箱. When they stand up with the 建水, everyone moves up. Then they unpack the 茶箱: 総礼 with the 振出し. Directly after this, the 振出し goes to the guests.
• Here the 折据え starts to travel when they pick up the 茶巾 (in 平花月 it's for the 茶杓).. This is because the 月 needs time to also eat the sweets. So move the 振出し to the 月.The host at this point will say 松 only once the bowl is out. Once they say 松, the 折据え goes to their spot so they can put their 札 in it.
• For the 4^th bowl of tea, the 折据え goes directly to the 花 at the 点前座, potentially even before they sort the bowl. The host shifts 45° in 風炉 to the guests, places their 札 in it, then turns back. (I think here they add cold water, but I'm not sure.)
• 茶碗 only returns when 折据え is with the first guest in the waiting position. The bowl is returned together with the 振出し. Then the 花 takes in the bowl, 古帛紗, 総礼. Then 帛紗 moves, 振出し comes in. At the same time, the guests take their original position in the 4.5 mat space (standing up with R if they want to go up and taking two steps backwards, or L and 3 steps).
• Host then removes 建水, and here the 折据え is returned then. Host sits to face 折据え, takes it and may put it on the 茶箱 (but can also put it in the 着物 as in 平花月).
• Guests move to the 8 mat area, host enters to bow. No folding of 帛紗, but just directly お先に and leave.

In this case the 月 makes first 濃茶, and then 3 薄茶 are made. The 月 also drinks 濃茶, so they have to go to the waiting 畳 just after they sort the bowl, and then go back while 拝見. Before dumping the water, swirl it around like in 天目. First 花 will clean 棗 and put it in 火窓, second one will switch positions (茶杓 on 水指, 茶入 on 棚, 棗 in position). Third one also has to do something, I think, but I forgot what it is. There's 拝見 of 茶入 etc., so no それい with the 水次.

• For as many people as you like (even more than seven), just add the sufficient number of ふだ.
• 雪 eats sweets, 月 drinks tea and 花 makes tea. The game ends as soon as one person did all 3 roles.
• Because there's so many people, only 初客 and 亭主 switch positions at the end, the rest leave, potentially, with the wrong 扇子.

• 5 people, all of whom do flowers! 亭主 brings the 花台, then the first guests does the middle vase, the second and third the left and right vases, and then the remaining guests the remaining vases (we had one hanging from the 床柱 and the ceiling).
• Then second guest does お香, which is then put in the 床 as well (quite busy!)
• There's no 炭, and it goes straight into 花月!

• Lit. throw in. It means that there's no 変えふだ, so there's a chance that the same person drinks all the teas.
• Because of that, the おりすえ needs to be returned to the 花 before the tea is picked up, so that the 花 can also draw a ふだ.

• This is a very fun one: The first guest is assigned 貴人, and only for him the 貴人茶碗 is used. For all the others, the 共茶碗 is used.
• Because of that, you need to know who will drink before you make the tea, so here it happens when the 月 puts the 茶碗 in their 畳.

• 花月 is also possible in 4.5, in which case the changing 畳 is a bit annoying, especially for the 3rd guest to get out, but otherwise it works pretty normal
• If the おりすえ travels in a 4.5 mat room, the ふだ lives 1 line away from the border, the おりすえ 3, and 5 when it's in waiting position. In the 8 mat setup, however (for example, in 雪月花), it's 2 lines for the ふだ, and 5 or 7 lines for the おりすえ!
