Western (25 XII 19): very tame nose, faint, maybe a little bit fruity leather in the back. Not alot of taste, too, actually. Seared (charcoal), slightly bitter.
Western (27 XII 19): Quite dark, and a bit plain, charcoal. Woodsy carrots and darker, dry woods. As it cools ever so slightly, it becomes actually very full: rich dark woods. Baked bananas. Cup very demanding, dry and bitter wood. Good, impressive, but austere almost.
Blind Western (3 I 20): very dense also, but sharp, shitty; vinegar-y. Old cellar shit. Cup quite similar, bitter even. (But it was mostly just little dusty pieces.)
