棗 was used for
濃茶. With Hiromi VII 23 we used one called つる次, which has a handle. It's fun to use, the
茶杓 goes through the handle, and for さばき you first clean the front side, then you turn it CW 90°, clean the back side (both straight); and for
拝見 then also remove the lid and clean the rim (round).
