In the almanac, it is described that this type of invitation is often done in the cold winter.
For this, the order is 初炭, 懐石, お菓子, 中立; then 続き薄茶; then 名残の炭（なごり）, the lingering charcoal which invites the guests to stay a bit longer.

道具
Beginning
Instead of お白湯, a mix of eggs and hot sake is served
After greeting the host, 前茶 is served. Here, multiple people drink from one bowl!
詰
Inform the host that everyone has arrived
Distribute the お白湯
Gather cups, leave 待合 and close door with a sound
Bow like everyone when host and first guests greet.
Tidy up the 腰掛け待合, close door to the inner 路地; leaving the candle on the stone (at the つくばい?)
Close the door of the 茶実 with a sound, inspect the room, then bring the candle to the 茶道口 before viewing the
釜.
Like everyone else, slide forward with your fan and thank the host for the invitation.
Initiate shifting away from the 炉中の拝見.
Return the
香合 to the main guest, take the candle to the 茶道口.
Keep the 盃台 on the R side.
Join rice container and lid
Bring 飯器, container for grilled foods and sake vessel to the door; the 盃台 to the first guest.
