Wet leaves smell so much more like puer, but shu style. And some of the green mandarin coming through, in a rain forest-like fashion. Very different from the fishy-ness of the 2015. Empty cup is deeper, more earthy, dark red clay like. Almost no nose (unlike 2015, which has a metallic / disinfectant nose). A little balsa wood. Very light taste, too. Texture is light, finish is fresh, eucalyptus. When cooled, the taste becomes quite medicinal / pulmex.
shu puer nose, denser texture. Quite dense, actually, pleasant. Not as fresh as the 2015, mellower.
