It's all about coolness: Little decoration, small 釜 or 切掛. Crab or shell 蓋置. 釣船花入. Lots of reeds. Baskets for タバコ盆. 羽箒 could be heron (Reiher). Soaked 備前. 釣瓶 shapes.
七夕! So I like to serve tea from 星野製茶園, 糸巻き for 煙草盆 or 棚.
Usually 朝茶事 to escape the summer heat.

At HY in VII 22 we made たんざくねりきり, which was a ball of あんこ wrapped in green and then white paste. Then a bamboo stalk was drawn in, and some よかん or かんてん shaped like the little wish cards people hang for 七夕 applied.
