ホモテナシ

This one is slighly more complex: Make a slightly smaller inside using about 13 gr of 中餡 and 13 gr of orange coloured wrapping. Shape it using the 三角, and make a natural-looking indenation using a 茶巾. Also make slight horizontal lines to make it look like tangerine wedges.
Toss in potato starch, brush off excess (not not excessively).
Using some 13 gr of orange あん, make a large disc. It should comfortably wrap around half of the inside we just made. Add some white あん onto it, dust middle also with potato start and pierce a whole in its middle.
Wrap it gently around the inside. You don't need to apply proper wrapping, just tuck the skin onto the lower part of the inside.
Make the skin look like an orange by using a bunch of toothpicks.
Add a leaf and peel gently.
