This is a recipe by 金塚, I haven't seen it anywhere else, but it's easy to make and very poetic.
The name means wisteria waves, which I find so pretty and is used sometimes in 和歌 poetry.
Use 20 gr of 黄身餡, roll out 外郎 to about 1 mm, scatter some green and purple-coloured balls onto it, fold and roll out again. Cut to 10 ╳ 4.5 cm strips, and wrap the 黄身餡.
➡️ I find this a bit dull: 酒粕 might pair well with the yolk, and I could use 抹茶 and ube for the specks!
